How long can I rent a unit for?
The minimum term is one month. There's no maximum — you can extend the contract for as long as you like, and if you want to end it early, a one-month notice period is all it takes. No penalties.
Can I access my unit at night?
You open the entrance door from the app at any time, including at night and on holidays. Opening the storage gate may be restricted during night hours for security reasons. The whole facility is covered by monitoring and motion detection.
What can and can't I store?
You can store furniture, documents, equipment, clothes, tools, and e-commerce goods. You may not store perishable food, flammable materials, weapons, hazardous substances, or live animals.
How can I pay?
We accept cards, BLIK, bank transfer, and Apple/Google Pay. You can set up recurring payments so you never have to remember the next installment. Your VAT invoice lands in your inbox automatically.
Can I drive up to the building?
You can drive a car or a van right up to the building to unload. The units are on a floor reached by stairs — a storage trolley is available on site at no extra charge. There's no pallet truck or freight lift, since there's no vehicle access to the floor.
Do I need my own padlock?
No. Access to the facility and the units is fully automated. You open every door only through the website or the app.
Can I change my unit size during the contract?
Sure. If you need more (or less) space, we'll switch you at no admin fee — subject to availability. Just send an email or give us a call.
