The Controller provides an application called "Magazynio Siemianowice", hereinafter referred to as the "Application", and provides electronic services related to the Application.
1. User registration and account maintenance
Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number, registration date, Google/Facebook/Apple profile identifier (in the case of login via a social media account).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps to conclude one.
2. Performance of services related to using the Application
Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number, social media profile identifier.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3. Performance of the storage unit rental agreement
Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number, home address, rental-related information, rental period, unit location, rent amount, payment method information.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Handling complaints and withdrawals from the agreement
Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number, rental-related information.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
5. Issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations
Scope of data: first and last name, company name, business address, NIP, REGON, email address, phone number, transaction information.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6. Communication with the Controller
Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number, information about the service or matter, contact history.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest (ensuring efficient communication).
7. Sending email and SMS notifications
Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — informing about matters related to using the Application.
8. Video monitoring of the facility
Scope of data: image (CCTV camera recordings).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest (ensuring the safety of people and property).
Additional information: The facility where the storage units are located is covered by video monitoring. Recordings are stored for no longer than 30 days, unless they constitute evidence in proceedings — in which case they are kept until the proceedings are finally concluded.
9. Establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims
Scope of data: all data collected in connection with using the Application and services.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
10. Analytics and statistical purposes
Scope of data: date and time of visits, operating system type, IP address, browser type, time spent on the site, pages visited.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — optimizing the Application.
11. Marketing purposes
Scope of data: first and last name, email address.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — acquiring customers and increasing sales of services.
Within the Application, the Controller uses so-called cookies, i.e. short text files stored on the device you are using.
